 An x-ray tech or Radiologic Technologist or
Radiologic Technician is someone who has completed
the 2 year Radiologic Technology program.
After which some x-ray techs go on to become
certified with MRI or CT machines. This is a
very high demand field and commands salaries much
higher than most 2 year degree programs. It's
not uncommon to earn $40-$50,000 a year as an x-ray
tech graduate. Highly recommended for those
that are interested in medicine but aren't
interested in 4+ years of schooling. X-ray
tech is an excellent career choice.
